The Inventory System includes all warehouse operations, item tracking, and all related movements. It is integrated with many systems (sales, purchases, finance, and other interconnected systems) so that it produces accurate, unified accounting results. The Inventory System is characterized by ease of use, from adding items and warehouse operations to reports and easy integration with other processes. It offers many flexible options for adding items, whether in pricing, permissions for handling them in sales and purchases, linked systems, or notifications. An item can be added or edited for a specific warehouse, a group of warehouses, or branches, with more than 50 options on the Items screen in a smooth and simplified way, enabling precise and flexible item handling.

Items can also be classified in a tree structure or non-tree structure, and item units can be detailed hierarchically according to the item's unit classification, for example (piece, carton, pack, ...). Multiple pricing levels can be created for an item, or the item can be assembled from a group of items.
