Items Screen After opening the Items screen, if you want to add a new item, follow these steps:

  1. Add a New Item:

To add new items to the system, there are two methods:

  1. Import item data from a previously existing Excel file by clicking the Browse button.

After clicking the button, the file browser will open. Select the file from which you want to import the data.

  • Click the Upload File button.

The system will recognize the items and import their data into the system database. Method (2) Manual entry: Click the New button so that the screen is prepared for manually entering item data and properties. Second Prepare the properties of the item you want to add.

2 If the new item is a service type, such as maintenance or project execution, etc. √ Activate the • Service and disable the Inventory property if it is already enabled automatically. 3 If the new item has assembly components, activate the √ Assembly property shown at the top of the screen. 4 If the new item is a weighted item, meaning its unit of measure is kg, activate the √ Weighted Item property. And then:

  1. Fill in the fields

• If there is no source for the item code, click the Generate Item Code button so that the system automatically generates the item code. -• If there is a code, you can add a manual item code or a manufacturer code can be generated Second • Go to the Branch Selection list, then select the branch to which the new item will be added. • Go to the Warehouse Selection list. • Go to the Purchase Price field.
