User Guide: ZATCA Integration Screen - Sales System Smart Pro ERP

Accessing the ZATCA Integration Screen:

1. After logging into the system, go to the side menu.
2. Click "Sales System" in the menu.
3. Select the node "Reports - ZATCA Integration".

• Steps:

1. The input fields on the screen will be initialized, where you can enter the details of the new process.
2. Enter the required information in the specified input fields (branch - date from - date to - invoice type)

1. Select the type of report to display: - Invoices processed for ZATCA. - Invoices not processed for ZATCA.

• After selecting the report type, click the "Search" button to display the report.

*You can send invoices to ZATCA by clicking the "Send Invoices to ZATCA" button.

Make sure the data is entered correctly to display the report .
