User Guide: Sewing Quantity Settings Screen - Sewing System Smart Pro ERP

Accessing the Sewing Quantity Settings Screen:

1. After logging into the system, go to the side menu.
2. Click "Sewing System" in the menu.
3. Select the node "Operations - Sewing Quantity Settings".

General steps:

1. Click "New" to start adding a new shape.
2. Enter the process data in the required input fields.
3. Click "Save" to save the data.

Step-by-step detailed steps:

1. "New" button:

• Steps:

1. Click the "New" button to start setting new sewing quantities.
2. The input fields on the screen will be initialized, where you can enter the details of the new process.
3. Enter the required information in the specified input fields (branch - length from - length to - suggested quantity - width)
4. Click "Save" to save the process.

2. "Save" button:

• Steps:

1. After entering the transaction details, click the "Save" button.
2. The transaction data will be saved in the Sewing System.

3. "Delete" button:

• Steps:

1. Choose the size you want to delete from the available sizes.
2. Click the "Delete" button to delete the selected size.

4. "Update" button:

• Click the Update button to refresh the data on the Sewing Quantity Settings screen.

• Use the following keys to navigate and search within the sales invoice screen:
• > : Move to the next record.
• <: Return to the previous record.
• >]: Move to the last saved transaction.
• [<: Move to the first saved transaction.
