Accounting Posting Setup for Accounts (Important)

Screens in which linkage with the chart of accounts is verified

The above transactions are linked to the chart of accounts through intermediary accounts and are considered analytical accounts. Any data added in them must be connected to the chart of accounts through an intermediary account, via the drop-down list in each transaction screen (for example, in the cash boxes screen there is a drop-down list named account, and it must contain a value, which is the account connected to the chart of accounts).

Of course, the intermediary account that links the chart of accounts with the transaction must be defined from the chart of accounts screen by specifying the analytical account type. For example, to define an intermediary account for cash boxes, its analytical account in the chart of accounts must be of type (Cash Boxes), and the intermediary account for banks must be of type (Banks), and so on. After that, the account that was selected will appear in the transaction screen.

The same procedure applies to the rest of the transactions.
