User Guide for the Request Approval Screen

1. Log in to Smart Pro ERP Finance using your credentials.
2. After logging in, go to the requests menu and find the "Request Approval" screen.
3. In the Request Approval screen, you will find the following fields and buttons to create a new approval or view approved or rejected requests:

First, specify the data in the fields as desired:

• Branch field: choose the branch associated with the requests from the available drop-down list.
• Request status field: select the desired request status from the drop-down list, such as "Approved or Not Approved".
• Search button: after selecting the branch and request status, click this button to display requests by branch and status in the table below.

The table contains the following columns:

• Document Number: displays the document number for each request.
• Type: shows the request type, such as "journal entry" or "payment voucher" or "receipt voucher".
• Branch: displays the branch associated with each request.
• Employee: shows the employee responsible for the request.
• Last Status: displays the latest status for each request.
• Date: displays the request date.
• Amount: displays the amount associated with each request.
• Action: contains a green button. When clicked, a pop-up window opens containing the approval statement, approval status, referral type, employee, and date.
• View: contains a blue button. When clicked, the screen linked to the request itself opens, whether it is a journal entry request, payment voucher request, or receipt voucher request. The information related to the request is displayed in the interface from which the request was submitted.

Please note that the details of the pop-up windows and screens linked to requests (such as journal entry request, payment voucher request, and receipt voucher request) are displayed on the main request interfaces, each according to its own interface.
