User instructions:

Buttons:
New: Click to create a new journal entry.
Add: Use this button to add a new account to the entry.
Save: Click to save the changes you made to the entry.
Delete: Use this button to delete the selected entry.
Restore: Click to restore deleted data if available.
Print: Click to print the entry or the displayed data.
Export to Excel: Click to export the data to an Excel file.
Additional Options Button: Click to open a pop-up menu containing additional options.
File Name: Specify the file name.
Main and Subcategory: Specify the main and subcategory for the file.
File Link: Specify the file location.
Upload Button: Upload the selected file.
Close Button: Close the pop-up menu.

Main Screen Fields:
Branch: Select the branch for which the journal entries will be created.
Journal Entry: Enter the journal entry number.
Transaction Type: Specify the financial transaction type linked to the entry.
Daily Entries: Specify whether the entry is daily or not.
Entry Type: Specify the entry type, such as opening entry or daily entry.
Entry Date: Enter the entry date.
Total Amount: Enter the total amount for the entry.
Description: Enter a description for the journal entry.
Reference: Enter the reference number, if available.
Comment: Enter any additional comments about the entry.
Posting: Specify whether the entry is linked to a posting process or not.
Taxable: Specify whether the entry is linked to tax or not.

Entry Data Selection Table:
You can use this table to enter the account details related to the journal entry, such as account number, name, debit amount, credit amount, and cost center (if available).

Statistical Fields:
These fields display the total debit and credit amounts and the difference between them, and the difference must be equal in the ent
