User Guide for the Employee Secondment Screen

Employee Secondment screen explanation After logging into Smart Pro ERP, click on the Human Resources system in the side menu, then access the " Employee Secondment" screen. After entering all required information, you can click the "Save" or "Add" button to add the employee secondment to the system. Make sure all required fields are entered correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When added successfully, its information will appear in the employee secondment list and can later be accessed for editing or viewing. The Employee Secondment screen contains the fields and information needed to enter employee secondment data in the human resources management system. To add a new employee secondment, follow these steps: • Branch: Specify the current branch where the employee is located. • Employee: Specify the employee who will be seconded. • Secondment Type: Specify the type of secondment, such as internal secondment or external secondment. • Secondment Purpose: Specify the purpose or objective of the secondment, such as training, a special project, or skills exchange. • Secondment Start Date: Specify the start date of the secondment period. • Secondment End Date: Specify the end date of the secondment period. • Employee Current Location: Specify the employee's current location before the secondment. • Secondment Location: Specify the location to which the employee will be seconded. • Visa Type: Specify the type of visa required for the secondment, if applicable. • Trip Type: Specify the trip type, such as one-way or round trip. • Accommodation Information: Temporary accommodation details during the secondment period can be entered, such as number of nights and nightly rate. • Ticket Information: Travel ticket details can be entered, such as ticket type and price. • Other Expenses: Enter any additional expenses or other details related to the secondment. • Note: You can enter any additional notes or other details.
