Attendance and Departure Rules and Mechanism
Attendance and departure are recorded through the #Smart Pro mobile app.
In the app, depending on the permission granted to the user, a specific location can be defined on the map with a specific radius so that attendance can only be recorded from the same location, or the user may be granted permission to record attendance from anywhere.
#After sending attendance from the #Smart Pro mobile app
Through the attendance and departure system in Smart Pro, there are many options to review the attendance and departure results sent from the #Smart Pro app.
#From Attendance and Departure System -> Operations -> Attendance App From this screen, all transactions sent from the app for the employee are displayed according to all options.
#From Attendance and Departure System -> Operations -> Attendance
This is the main screen for processing and calculating the attendance and departure results sent from the app. When you select the shift, month, and employee, and display the data, all working days are loaded according to the previously configured shift settings from the shifts screen, based on the daily working hours for each day and the start and end time for attendance registration and departure registration.
From the same screen, it is possible to edit entry or exit times according to permissions, or define an absence, or reflect the permissions that were sent by the employee and approved.
After reviewing the Attendance screen and checking it, the status is changed to Approved, so that it is reflected for the employee in attendance and departure reports and approved in payroll.
#Attendance and Departure Rules
From the Shift screen - the shift is configured with working days and daily working hours, as well as the start and end time for attendance registration and the start and end time for departure registration. Based on the shift screen settings, the daily attendance sent from the app is calculated and approved.
- If the employee has extra working hours beyond the scheduled hours, overtime is calculated.
- If the employee has fewer working hours than scheduled, lateness is calculated.
- If the fingerprint is outside the specified entry and exit times, it is not counted.
- If there is only one fingerprint, entry without exit or vice versa, the same time is counted as both attendance and departure.
