User Guide for the Manufacturing Stages Screen

Manufacturing Stages screen explanation After logging in to Smart Pro ERP, click the Production and Manufacturing system in the side menu, then open the "Manufacturing Stages" screen. After entering all required information, you can click "Save" or "Add" to add the new manufacturing stage to the system. Make sure all required fields are entered correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When the record is added successfully, its information will appear in the manufacturing stages list and can later be accessed for editing or viewing. The Manufacturing Stages screen contains the fields and information needed to enter data in the production and manufacturing system. To add a new manufacturing stage, follow these steps: • Number: Enter the unique identification number for each stage in manufacturing. • Stage Name: Enter the name of the stage the product goes through during the manufacturing process. • Completion Percentage (%): Enter the percentage of completion for the current stage. • Branch: Enter the branch or department responsible for carrying out the current stage. You may have multiple branches within the manufacturing process. • Note: This field can be used to add any notes or additional information about the stage.
