User Guide for the Stage Status Screen

Stage Status screen explanation After logging in to Smart Pro ERP, click the Production and Manufacturing system in the side menu, then open the "Stage Status" screen. After entering all required information, you can click "Save" or "Add" to add the new stage status to the system. Make sure all required fields are entered correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When the record is added successfully, its information will appear in the stage status list and can later be accessed for editing or viewing. The Stage Status screen contains the fields and information needed to enter data in the production and manufacturing management system. To add a new stage status, follow these steps: ...

• Number: Enter the unique identification number for each stage in the manufacturing chain. • Status Name: Enter the name of the current status of the stage. Common industry status names can be used, such as "Under Design", "Under Manufacturing", "Under Assembly", "Completed", and so on. These statuses can be customized according to your manufacturing process needs. • Branch: Enter the branch or department responsible for carrying out the current stage. • Note: This field is used to add additional notes or explanatory information about the stage status. It can be used to clarify any issues or challenges, or to provide additional information about the current manufacturing stage.
