The Production and Manufacturing System is one of the most important systems in SmartPro, integrated with the other systems to enhance organizational operations.

• The system was developed under the supervision of specialists in manufacturing and cost accounting, using an easy, flexible, and accurate approach that was well received by users in industrial organizations.

• The system operates through multiple stages, starting from product assembly and linking it to raw materials accurately according to units and measurement scales for each warehouse.
• Stages and stage statuses are configured according to each organization's workflow, with scheduled or manual timing depending on each case and each stage.
• Products can be assembled easily and flexibly with multiple options, such as linking expenses to products and determining the cost calculation method for each product.
• Products can be assembled from more than one branch or warehouse according to granted permissions.
• In each transaction, the user can choose the cost basis according to permission, whether based on (cost price, average cost, last cost price, manual price entry).

Production Orders

• Production orders work with all possible options to prepare and set up the required products with multiple choices.
• Through the production order, the required time for the production process and the specified completion date can be defined.
• Employees can be assigned tasks and notified accordingly.
• Machines can be specified and used in the production process.
• It is possible to modify the components of each product in the production order.
• Notifications, alerts, and warehouse reservation based on the quantities specified for production.

The production order goes through several states until it reaches the approval stage, through which the production order is sent to the production floor to begin the production work.

Production After approving the production order and notifying the production manager of the production request, the production can be viewed through the system or sent according to the specified communication channels (WhatsApp, paper, text messages).

• Through production, tasks can be assigned to employees or the machines on which the work will be performed can be specified.
• The production process is monitored, with the production supervisor able to determine the completion percentage or through production stages, which automatically determine the completion percentage.
• The production process goes through multiple states until it reaches the stage where production is completed, and the production warehouses are specified, where the manufactured product quantity is automatically added or the raw materials are deducted accurately.
