User Guide for the Scrapping Screen

Scrapping screen explanation After logging in to Smart Pro ERP, click the Production and Manufacturing system in the side menu, then open the "Scrapping" screen. After entering all required information, you can click "Save" or "Add" to add the new scrapping record to the system. Make sure all required fields are entered correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When the record is added successfully, its information will appear in the scrapping list and can later be accessed for editing or viewing. The Scrapping screen contains the fields and information needed to enter data in the production and manufacturing management system. To add a new scrapping record, follow these steps:

• Number: Enter the number of the product or item to be destroyed or disposed of. • Branch: Enter the branch or affiliated unit where the scrapping process is carried out. • Warehouse: Enter the warehouse where the products or items subject to scrapping are stored. • Cost Center: Represents the cost center or department responsible for the costs of the scrapping process. • Scrap Order Date: Enter the date on which the scrapping order was issued or the scrapping process was carried out. Explanation of each item in the table:

• Product Code: Used as a unique identifier for the damaged or scrapped product. • Product Name: Enter the name of the damaged or scrapped product. • Unit: Specifies the unit of measure for the damaged product, such as piece, kilogram, liter, and so on. • Scrap Quantity: Enter the damaged or scrapped quantity. • Scrap Type: Enter the type of damage the product suffered, such as natural spoilage, accident-related damage, expired shelf life, etc. • Scrap Reason: Enter the main reason behind the scrapping, such as transport damage or unsuitable environmental conditions. • Cost Price: Enter the cost price of the damaged or scrapped product. • Total: Enter the total cost value related to the scrapping, which is the result of multiplying the cost price by the scrap quantity.
