User Guide for the Production Return Screen

Production Return screen explanation After logging in to Smart Pro ERP, click the Production and Manufacturing system in the side menu, then open the "Production Return" screen. After entering all required information, you can click "Save" or "Add" to add the new production return to the system. Make sure all required fields are entered correctly to ensure data accuracy.

When the record is added successfully, its information will appear in the production return list and can later be accessed for editing or viewing. The Production Return screen contains the fields and information needed to enter data in the production and manufacturing management system. To add a new production return, follow these steps: • Number: Enter the number of the product or item being returned in the production return transaction. • Branch: Enter the branch or affiliated unit where the production return process is carried out. • Warehouse: Enter the warehouse where the returned products are stored after the production return transaction. • Production Return Date: Enter the date on which the production return process was performed. • Production Location: Enter the location where the original production process for the returned products took place. • Product Code: Enter the product code of the item returned in the production return transaction. • Product Name: Enter the name of the returned product. • Unit: Specifies the unit of measure for the returned product, such as piece, kilogram, liter, and so on. • Returned Production Quantity: Enter the quantity returned in the production return transaction. • Original Production Date: Enter the date on which the original returned product was produced. • Original Expiration Date: Enter the original expiration date of the returned product. • Original Cost Price: Enter the cost price of producing the original returned product. • Total: Enter the total cost value related to the production return, calculated by multiplying the original cost price by the returned production quantity.
